Your responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and internal tools 
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Support system integrations and database management
• Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing software solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements
• Support automation and process optimisation initiatives
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvements 

What we’re looking for 

• Experience in software development or programming-related roles
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, etc) 
• Experience with databases and system integration is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset 
• Proficiency in German (English is a plus)
